The West Texas Behind the Badge Health and Wellness Project was created to provided essential services to our Local Emergency First Responders

Our Fundamental Vision ~ provide our first responders with an outlet that will provide for a healthy and productive person in all facets of the officers life; family, social, and professional

Our Mission, our Goal is to provide and have accessible, a multi-faceted approach to Mental, Emotional, and Physical Health Care for all of our officers and their families.

Our Police Officers are peace keepers, crime fighters, counselors, mentors, coaches, negotiators, and arbitrators all rolled into one!  The daily stressors placed on our officers is demanding, and at times, our men and women need that outlet - that relief - that shoulder to lean on
